TRUSTED BY THESE PARTNERS

"WAIT, WHAT DO YOU DO?"

Each "Yes, And" session is tailored to your team’s needs, guiding participants through experiential exercises that build trust, safety, and openness to risk. Workshops include discussions on improv principles and their application to work, school, and life. Participants practice these principles through games that enhance listening, spontaneity, collaboration, creativity, and fun. Reflective pauses encourage insights on teamwork. The session culminates in creating a theater piece using prompts and props, ending with a debrief and a message of connection, teamwork, and joy.

TESTIMONIALS & REVIEWS

HEAR FROM OUR CLIENTS

The most enjoyable and beneficial aspect of the program was seeing how engaged and invested the girls were. The "Yes, And..." approach encouraged everyone to participate, fostering creativity, collaboration, and quick thinking, all of which are so important both on and off the soccer field. It was fantastic for team bonding, and the energy felt contagious throughout the exercises. I especially loved the circle exercise and how you split the groups every other person. In team sports, letting players pick their own groups can sometimes be less effective, as they miss the chance to form new connections. By splitting them up, you helped create those opportunities, which was key to this experience. The coaches were able to see even the shyest girls putting on costumes, being silly, and getting involved, especially during the final activities. It was fun, productive, and truly strengthened the bonds within the team.
